Booking Procedure

To book a place on the course, please complete our online registration form
and pay the course fee of £195.00, via our Paypal link.

 

We will contact you a few weeks before the date to confirm course times

and directions to the venue (usually: 9.30am-5.00pm and 9.30am-4.00pm).

 

Refreshments will be provided during the course, but delegates are
responsible for their own lunches.

Cancellation Procedure

All course fees are non-refundable.

The course requires a group size of 15 delegates in order to go-ahead.
In the event of ourselves cancelling the course at any time,
all course fees paid will be refunded in full.

For Group Bookings At Your Own Venue

 

Booking Procedure

We can also offer group courses delivered at your own venue. Please contact us to check availability of your preferred dates. We will hold a provisional booking for a period of 3 weeks, during which time all course fees must be paid in full, via online or by cheque.

 

The course will not be fully confirmed until the full course fee has been paid.

 

Course requirements

The course requires a group size of 15 delegates.
However, groups of 25 can be accommodated on request. We will liaise with a group representative who can then disseminate information to the rest of the group.

 

You will provide a room that can comfortably seat all delegates and have sufficient
space for demonstration and the practical elements of the course.

 

You will provide refreshments during the course and delegates are responsible for their own lunches.

All delegates must complete and return a registration form along with the course fee.

 

Cancellation Procedure

Should you need to cancel the course more than four weeks before the date,
you will receive a refund of only 75% of the total course fee.

If a cancellation is made within four weeks of the date, no refund will be made.

Should you need to re-arrange the course after it has been confirmed, we will make

every effort to accommodate an alternative date. However, extra costs may be

chargeable for any expenses already incurred.

 

This is also providing that you contact us more than four weeks before the confirmed date.

If you contact us less than four weeks before the confirmed date,

we reserve the right not to refund course fees.

 

No refund will be made for the cancellation of a delegate place once it has been confirmed.

In the event of ourselves cancelling the course at any time, all course fees paid will be refunded in full.
